The clinical loop, end to end

The only platform that spans Algeria'sfull clinical loop.

Book, consult, prescribe, dispense, reimburse — in Arabic, French, and English. Built around an unfair advantage: diaspora doctors, the Algerian physicians practising in Paris, Montréal, Lyon, Brussels, who can finally see patients back home without flying back home.

Pick a suggestion to open a doctor's profile — or press Search to see every match.

An end-to-end act, not a feature list

The Loop

Most Algerian healthtech stops at the booking. Doctavie runs the whole act — book, consult, prescribe, dispense, reimburse — so a patient never has to tell their story twice, and a clinician never has to chase a paper that ended up in another office.

Not a feature list — the whole act, instrumented

Everything in the loop

Most Algerian healthtech ships a booking screen and calls it a platform. Doctavie instruments every step a patient and a clinician actually walk through — from the first symptom typed in Arabic to the last CHIFA line reimbursed.

Care & consultation

Find & book in 90 seconds

Search by specialty, wilaya, rating or who is available now — video, audio, chat or in-person, paid by CIB / EDAHABIA card or BaridiMob.

Multi-modal consultations

Secure video and audio, live chat with files and voice notes, or an in-person slot — whichever the case needs.

Symptom triage, in your language

Describe what is wrong in Arabic, French or English; the assistant suggests the right specialty and opens the booking — always ending with "see a doctor."

Follow-ups & care plans

Doctors propose the next visit in one tap and build care plans with check-ins and vitals thresholds that alert when something drifts.

Prescriptions & documents

Public verification

Every document carries a single-use, privacy-safe verify code — a pharmacist or employer can confirm it is real without seeing the patient's name.

CHIFA-ready

Prescriptions export in a CNAS-compliant layout with the doctor's CNOM number and a pharmacy receipt block, and the patient's CNAS/CASNOS copay is computed automatically from the national tariff — the reimbursement starts here.

Pharmacy & medication

5,150-drug registry

The Algerian formulary — DCI and brand presentations with photos, public price, CNAS rate and controlled class — searchable by name or scan.

Live stock network

Pharmacists publish what is on the shelf; patients and doctors see availability before they send the script anywhere.

Refills & reminders

Chronic medications suggest their own refills and nudge the patient before they run out.

Labs & imaging

Orders by QR

A doctor orders a panel or a scan; the patient walks into any partner lab or centre and presents a single token — no lost paper.

Results that travel

Structured results land in the patient's record and can be shared with any doctor, in context — and a critical value pages the ordering doctor the moment it posts.

Records & continuity

Health records & vitals

Allergies, immunisations, conditions, medications, history and a vitals timeline — blood pressure, sugar, weight — graphed and shareable.

Async specialist review

Upload an ECG, a lab PDF or a scan with a question; a diaspora specialist returns a written opinion in 24–48 hours, paid in their own currency.

Maternal journey

A week-by-week pregnancy guide with audio, maternal vitals and a midwife's care plan.

Family & dependents

Manage a parent's or child's care from one account, with consent and clean separation between profiles.

Trust & safety

Verified by hand

Every doctor's CNOM, every pharmacy and lab licence is reviewed before the account goes live — and re-reviewed when credentials change.

Discreet care

Therapy can run under a pseudonym only the therapist's screen reveals, with a privacy lock, blurred previews and a panic close for sensitive moments.

2FA & device trust

SMS or authenticator 2FA for clinical accounts, with a list of trusted devices you can revoke in a tap.

Every action logged

Row-level security on every table and an immutable audit trail behind every approval, edit and reversal.

Your data, your rights

Export your whole record in FHIR R4, see every consent you have given, or ask us to erase it all — Law 18-07 and GDPR portability, built in.

SEE IT IN ACTION

Two minutes inside Doctavie

Not a slideshow — these are the real screens, recorded end to end. One film follows a doctor through a working day; the other follows a prescription across the whole care network.

Best with sound on. Plays in your language.

The console is the back of house. The phone is the front door.

On Your Phone

The product livesin your pocket.

Doctavie is a mobile-first clinical experience. The web Operations Console you are visiting is built for clinicians, pharmacists, and the platform team. Patients, family-member dependents, and diaspora doctors do everything from the app — book, consult, share documents, present a prescription QR, find a pharmacy with stock.

  • Book in 90 seconds

Find a doctor by specialty or wilaya, see who is available now, and pay by CIB / EDAHABIA card or BaridiMob without leaving the app.

  • Prescription QR

Every prescription becomes a single-use, time-bound QR. Walk into any partner pharmacy and present it — no paperwork, no shouting through a counter.

  • Pharmacy stock, live

See in real time which neighbourhood pharmacy has your medication. Reserve it, pick it up, or have it delivered by a partner courier.

Code-switching is the native experience

Languages

English
Care that follows you home.

Algerians do not speak one language at the doctor's office. They move — sometimes in a single sentence — between Arabic, French, and a polite English for the émigré relative on the call. A clinical product that pretends otherwise is not really clinical, and not really Algerian.

Doctavie is built so that a prescription written in French renders in Arabic for the patient's mother, while the pharmacist's console keeps the codes in whatever language her hands know best.

A note from the desk of the founder

Algeria has world-class doctors. It does not yet have a world-class clinical product. That is the whole reason this exists.

For two years I have watched patients spend a morning in traffic to discover the specialist had moved. I have watched neighbourhood pharmacies turn away a prescription because they could not read the handwriting, then turn away the next patient because they ran out of the same medication an hour ago and had no way to tell anyone. I have watched a cousin in Lille — a cardiologist — type the same advice into WhatsApp every weekend, for free, because there was no other way to help.

Doctavie is the boring, careful, end-to-end thing that should already exist. We are not building "Uber for doctors." We are building the operating layer for Algerian medicine — the ledger that connects the patient, the clinician, the pharmacist, and the diaspora doctor on the same page, in the same language, on the same Tuesday evening.

We are not yet live. We are not yet funded. We are deeply serious. If you are a clinician, a pharmacist, a payer, or a patient who would like the next two years of this story to include you — write.

Now live across Algeria

Build the clinical loop with us.

Clinics, pharmacies, and diaspora specialists shaping the first end-to-end medical product made for this country. We're onboarding by hand.
